Our Handcrafted Commitment

At Handcraft Jewellery, we do not mass-produce. Every piece is a work of art, meticulously handcrafted and finished on-demand by our master artisans. Because we prioritize Signature Quality over speed, our production process involves intricate detailing and rigorous quality checks to ensure your jewelry arrives in perfect condition.

1. Shipping & Processing Times

• Production Window: Please allow 3 to 5 business days for our artisans to craft and finish your bespoke order before it is dispatched.

• Standard Delivery: Once dispatched, orders typically arrive within 3 to 5 business days across Pakistan.

• Total Timeline: You can expect your delivery within 3 to 7 working days from the date of order.

• Tracking: As soon as your order leaves our studio, you will receive a tracking number via SMS/Email to monitor its progress.

2. Returns & Replacement Policy (Damage Cases Only)

Due to the made-to-order and delicate nature of handcrafted jewelry, we follow a strict return policy:

• Eligibility: Returns are ONLY accepted if the item is received in a damaged condition.

• No Refunds: We do not offer monetary refunds. If a claim is approved, we will provide a replacement of the same article.

• Reporting Window: Any damage must be reported within 7 days of delivery. Requests made after this period will not be entertained.

• Mandatory Unboxing Video: To prevent fraudulent claims, an unboxing video is mandatory. The video must show the sealed parcel being opened and clearly highlight the damage. Without a continuous unboxing video, return requests will be automatically rejected.

• Non-Returnable Situations: Returns are NOT accepted for a "change of mind" or any reason other than physical damage during transit.

3. Parcel Inspection & Security

• Seal Verification: At the time of delivery, please inspect the parcel carefully. If the shipping seal is broken or the packaging is tampered with, do not accept the delivery and return it to the courier immediately.

• Customer Liability: If you accept a parcel with a broken seal, Handcraft Jewellery will not be held responsible for any missing or damaged items.

4. Order Cancellations & Agreement

• Cancellation Window: Cancellations are only accepted within 12 hours of placing the order. Once our artisans begin the handcrafted process, the order cannot be modified or cancelled.

• Terms of Service: By placing an order on our website, you officially agree to our Shipping & Returns Policy. We encourage customers to clarify any doubts via WhatsApp before finalising their purchase.
